- Block B (north-east): yellow plots next to a large informal-sector area of about 2.7 ha.
- Block C (south-east): salmon plots on 9 m and 12 m roads with several parks and a nursery school.
- Block D (south-west): purple plots with a large facility pocket of about 1.5 ha.
Roads are 60 m wide on the north and west, an 80 m wide road on the south, and 18 m avenues inside. Broad sector green belts frame the plotted area on all sides, and facility sites sit between the blocks. Xu 3 Map Data: 1,517 Plots Next to Village Raipur
Xu 3 is the largest plotted layout of the three by plot count. Every plot is 8 m × 15 m (120 sq m, about 1,292 sq ft), and the plan lists 1,517 plots in three blocks (A, B and C) strung along a triangle-shaped site. Key points from the area statement:
